I want a benefit bike. How do I get one?

  1. APP.VAPAUS.IO
  2. Create an account in the Vapaus app.

    You will need to add the following information to your account in the settings menu: your work email address and personal identity code (please check to ensure that these are correct).
  3. PARTNER SHOP OR VAPAUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

    You can go directly to a physical shop and get your bike from any of our partners (view shops here). The selection already includes over 200 brands. Dealing with our partners is the easiest way to get your dream bike!

    Additionally, you can make use of Vapaus customer service and order the bike from any online shop in the EU that can sell bikes to other companies (e.g. CANYON). If you already know the online shop and the bike you want to order, you can place your order to Vapaus customer service through Vapaus app by filling the bike order form.

    Also, if you need personal assistance in choosing a bike, contact our customer service: bikes@vapaus.io / 09 4272 7258. Contacting Vapaus customer service is always free of charge! 

    A service fee of 48€ + actual delivery costs of bicycle will be added to the total price of the employee benefit bike packages ordered online.
  4. BENEFIT BIKE GUIDANCE

    Please make sure that the price of your bike falls within the limits set out in your employer’s bicycle guidance. Use our calculator to determine your taxable value and contract period: Benefit Bike Calculator.
  5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

    After you have ordered your bike, you will receive an email at the email address that you entered, which will contain a unique Vapaus code. Follow the instructions included in the email to enter the code into your account in the Vapaus app.
  6. DONE!

    Partner shop or Vapaus customer service will inform you of the progress of your order and delivery time.

  • racks
  • side or kickstand

  • pedals
  • handlebar, bracket and saddle if these have to be replaced when purchasing a bike, eg as a result of bikefitting

We'll help with all matters related to benefit bikes, but we are not a tax, accounting or legal advisor. Please note that the list may live according to the guidelines of Tax Administration.
