Salary deductions: How they work and when they stop?

Your benefit bike cost is deducted from your salary each month based on your employer's payroll timeline.

When deductions start and stop

Deductions start in the month your contract begins and stop when your contract ends (through return, redemption or transfer).

After redemption

If you've paid your redemption invoice but salary deductions continue, this is normal. Contracts end on the last day of the month. If you redeemed mid-month, you're still charged the full monthly amount. Deductions stop after that month ends.
