What is cancellation coverage?

Cancellation coverage allows you to terminate your benefit bike contract before the lease period ends and return the bike to Vapaus mid-lease.

• Employer-provided: If your employer offers cancellation coverage, it is automatically included in your contract

• Self-purchased: If your employer does not provide it, you can purchase it as an optional add-on when checking your order draft in your Vapaus account

Important notes:

• Cancellation coverage is separate from the return fee. If you choose to return the bike, a return fee will still apply

• Any down payment made will not be refunded if you cancel your contract early
