How to order a benefit bike?

Step 1: Create your Vapaus account

Go to user.vapaus.io, sign up with your work email, and verify your email.

Step 2: Choose where to order

Pick one of these options:

Check your employer's benefit bike guideline for which options are available to you and any price limits.

Step 3: Select and order your bike

Find the bike you want and place your order through your chosen channel.

From Vapaus catalogue or partner stores: Find the bike you want and place your order directly through your Vapaus account or contact the bike shop directly.

From online stores: Find the bike you want and purchase it via the online store with payment method benefit bike or email the retailer with your order details. For Commencal and verkkokauppa.com use the order form. Separate instructions for Canyon orders.

Price adjustments for foreign online stores (VAT)

Prices shown on foreign online stores are often for private customers. When you order as a business customer (through Vapaus), Finnish VAT (25.5%) applies. This means the final price may be higher than the price shown on the retailer's website. Vapaus will confirm the final price with you before processing the order.

Step 4: Verify your identity and confirm

You'll receive an email notifying about your order draft summary. Review the details by logging in to user.vapaus.io and accept the terms in your Vapaus account to proceed. Verify your identity using online banking credentials or mobile ID to finalise the order.

Step 5: Receive your bike

Your bike will be shipped or prepared for pickup. Check it's correct model and size when it arrives and report any issues within 3 days. You'll get a tracking link when your bike ships (for online orders) or the shop will contact you about pickup timing. When it arrives, check that everything is correct and properly assembled. Report any defects to Vapaus support within 3 days.

Pre-orders and bikes that are not in stock

We cannot order bikes that are not in stock. We recommend setting up an e-mail alert for the webshop if possible, this way you will be notified when the bike is back in stock.
