Why can't I log into my Vapaus account?

Having trouble logging in? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.

Make sure you're using the right URL

Log in to your account at https://user.vapaus.io/sign-in

If you're looking for a different Vapaus portal, use one of these:

• Employee account: https://user.vapaus.io/sign-in
• Employer account: https://admin.vapaus.io/sign-in
• Partner shop account: https://shop.vapaus.io/sign-in

You've forgotten your password

1. Go to https://user.vapaus.io/sign-in
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check also spam folder)
5. Click the link and create a new password
6. Log in with your new password

You've forgotten your email

Try the password reset option above with these email addresses:

• Your main personal email
• Your work email
• Any other emails you might have used

If that doesn't work, contact us. We'll need:

• Any email you remember you have used
• Your full name
• When you last tried to log in
