How to order from Vapaus catalogue? 

You can order your benefit bike directly from the Vapaus catalogue through your user account. Here's how it works step by step.

Step 1: Create your account
Go to user.vapaus.io and sign up. Read and accept the general terms (privacy policy and terms of service).

Step 2: Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm it. This activates your account.

Step 3: Fill in your profile
Complete your profile with:

• First name and last name
• Address, postcode, city
• Employee number or cost center (if your employer requires it)

Step 4: Log in and access the catalogue
Log in to your Vapaus account. You'll land directly on the "My bikes" page where the catalogue is available. You can browse the bikes and filter by:

• Bike type (road, hybrid, mountain, e-bike, cargo)
• Price range
• Frame size

Step 5: Choose your bike and accessories
Select the bike model, size, and color you want. Choose any accessories at the same time — you cannot add or change accessories after you've placed your order. They must be selected together with the bike.

Make sure your bike choice fits within your employer's benefit package price limit.

Step 6: Review and confirm your order
On the order confirmation page (where your lease agreement is formed), you will:

• Review the order summary (bike model, size, colour, delivery method, pricing)
• Choose your maintenance budget tier (€0, €12, €16, or €20/month)
• Select any additional services if offered (cancellation coverage, downpayment insurance)
• Check the box "I have read and agree to my employer's bike benefit guideline" — this is required before you can confirm
• Click the confirm button

Step 7: Verify your identity
Complete the identity verification using your online banking credentials or mobile ID. This is a security step to finalize your order.

Step 8: Get your bike
Your bike will be delivered to your home address or prepared for pickup at a shop, depending on what you selected. When it arrives, check that everything is correct and properly assembled. Report any defects or issues to Vapaus support within 3 days.
