What is the return policy for a newly delivered bike?

Benefit bikes ordered through Vapaus are not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act.

However, if your bike arrives and is not the right size or model, you can return it free of charge within 3 days of delivery.

Important Conditions:

• First 3 Days (Free Return): The bike must be completely unused.
• After 3 Days: Once the 3-day window has passed, the bike can only be returned using the standard mid-lease return process (which requires active cancellation coverage and/or applicable termination fees).
