First, send us your basic company information and tell us which service plan you want by filling out the form on this page. Once we have a positive credit decision, we will contact you about signing a contract. Neither filling the form nor signing the contract entails costs for your organisation.
The actual launch is later. We provide access to our pre-recorded launch video and other helpful materials tailored to your plan. For customers with 250 or more employees (or separately agreed), we will schedule a live customer launch webinar and supply co-branded support materials if needed.
Your employees can start getting benefit bikes from the launch date or at another time (after the contract has been signed with us). You will not be invoiced until the first benefit bike contracts have been activated.
On average, around 10% of the entitled employees of our customer organisations use the benefit to get a bicycle. This number is growing steadily. The conversion highly depends on your own activity (informing and sharing materials internally to your staff), and how much your company subsidises the benefit, so it's really in your hands to influence how popular the bike benefit program will be.
We will only start invoicing you once your employees start getting their bikes. This means that making the service contract with us does not bring you any costs. You decide when to launch the benefit for employees and allow them to activate their benefit bike contracts. After this, we will invoice you at the beginning of each month for active bike contracts only.
