Let your employees know about the benefit – we’ll help. You’ll get ready-to-use materials and support for communication, so you can get bikes rolling quickly and ensure the benefit is there when it’s needed.

Employee orders a bike

The employee logs in to the Vapaus portal, verifies their eligibility for the benefit, and chooses their dream bike. They can pick an affordable bike from Vapaus's own selection or directly from 400+ partner bike shops.

Pay as you go

No upfront costs. Billing starts once the first bike is delivered. You only pay for active bike agreements, on a monthly basis.

The Vapaus bike benefit is affordable to implement. In practice, the employee pays for their bike themselves every month from their gross salary so there is no significant financial burden on the company. The office fee for employer is only 12.90 €/month (VAT 0%) / active bike contract. When your employee leaves, their contract with Vapaus ends. They can choose to either buy their bike or return it to Vapaus. In some cases, they can also transfer their benefit bike contract either to a colleague within your company or to their new employer.
