After the positive credit decision, we will send you a contract to sign (there are no costs involved).

Launch the bike benefit

Once the agreement is complete, you are ready to launch a bike benefit for your employees with us.

Choosing a bike

Employees creates an account to the Vapaus portal, identify themselves as part of your bike benefit and have access to browse the bike selection from several top brands.

Pre-ordering the bikes

The employee places an order request through the service. Vapaus handles delivery to beneficiary. No separate “order windows”, but bikes are delivered flexibly throughout the year.

Billing starts

No start-up fees. Billing starts the month the first bike is delivered. Active bike contracts are billed monthly.

The Vapaus bike benefit is affordable to implement. In practice, the employee pays for their bike themselves every month from their gross salary so there is no significant financial burden on the company. The office fee for employer is only €12.90/month (VAT 0%) / active bike contract. When your employee leaves, their contract with Vapaus ends. They can choose to either buy their bike or return it to Vapaus. In some cases, they can also transfer their benefit bike contract either to a colleague within your company or to their new employer.
