Vapaus Group announces changes to its leadership team as part of its long-term growth strategy.
Tero Lehtinen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, as of January 2026. He joins us from Duunitori and brings extensive experience in startup & VC financing as well as private equity. His background will support the next phase of Vapaus Group as we strengthen our global operations.
Vapaus’s long-serving CFO Eric Deighton will be transitioning from the company to pursue a new entrepreneurial path. We are really happy for Eric’s new venture and also just slightly proud that we’ve played a tiny role in creating a new startup in the world.
We thank him for his very significant contribution to the growth and development of Vapaus Group and wish Eric success in his next career chapter.
